Description: 

1. Place sauce in 10-inch (25 cm) frying pan. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Add halibut to pan, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when prodded with a fork. Transfer fish to a plate, leaving sauce in pan; cover to hold warm. 2. Stir carrots, red peppers and green onions into sauce in pan; increase heat to high. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp and hot. 3. Place one piece of fish in each of two pasta bowls. Divide vegetable mixture between pasta bowls. Serve garnished with lime wedges and additional sliced green onion, if desired.
